Tiny ants attacking an Apis dorsata pupa. Yunnan, China. April 7, 2002.

I have tiny ants going into the hive. What to do, if anything? Thinking of putting vinegar around cinder blocks on which the hive rests. Any suggestions?

To keep ants out of a hive get a HUGE container of cinimon and sprinklw 1/2 to 1 cup around the base of the hive and even on the landing bord. THe bees never seem to notice it while the ants are repelled. I hope this helps you.
