A yellowjacket (Vespula spp) stealing honey from honey cells. Yellowjackets nest underground and can be very agressive. Most people stung be 'bees' around picnic tables are actually stung by them. Michigan, USA.

I really think these are the most agressive bees, they always attack or sting anybody for no reason. Pesonaly i dont like them period their always attacking me! Colorado USA.
